Focus on: AG Measured Survey Team

Did you know we offer measured and topographic surveys using the very latest technology?

Formerly known as Trumetric, now part of AG Built Environment Consultancy, our expert AG Measured Survey team continually engage in development and embrace technology as it becomes available to deliver thorough and trustworthy advice that looks beyond traditional survey & measurement techniques.

Operating throughout the UK, our drones allow us to capture large areas of data in inaccessible or hard to reach locations, combining high resolution photographs with GPS location information to provide you with reliable and accurate surveys.

Associate Director, Adam Wenmouth explains more about the services on offer…

In summary, the AG Measured Survey team provides:

  • Drone Surveys

  • Existing and Proposed Drawings

  • Building Regulation drawings and details

  • Planning and Buildings Regulation Applications

  • Listed Building Consents

  • Area Referencing

  • Lease plans

  • Energy assessments, EPPs, ADL Compliance on the non-domestic side.

We’re here to compliment AG’s surveys and offer a more holistic approach to any job. Little extras that are considered and included at the early stages of a job can save hours for our clients in the long run.

When it comes to drawings and surveys – we can start from scratch, carry out small tweaks – and do everything in between.

As a team, we think long-term and always consider the bigger picture, it’s all about saving our clients’ money.

What does this mean for existing and future AG clients?

Our clients – existing and future – can all benefit from this change. Our approach and the technology we use means we can produce results faster and more thorough than traditional methods.

Give an example of a previous project…

  • The AG Measured Survey team, formerly Trumetic, carried out the survey work at a major Yorkshire hospital, working alongside an external consultant.

  • We have carried out surveys and digitised the portfolio of a national private landlord & developer. We have also created all of the proposed layouts for the conversions.

  • A rural estate in the Lake District has benefited from drone surveys, topographic surveys and measured surveys carried out by the team.
