AG appointed on new build residential scheme in Longton, Preston

AG are pleased to announce that they have been appointed as Employers Agent for a small residential development in Longton, Preston. This is AG’s forth appointment for the North-West based developer Create Homes, following on from a 3-phase development in Inskip, north Preston.

The 9 unit residential development is located on a brownfield site in Longton, with the demolition and clearance of the site now complete, AG are looking forward to working on this project as the new works as due to commence imminently.
