Following negotiation of the dilapidations claim, AG were appointed by Mileway to deliver a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment to units on the Wingates Industrial Estate following the tenant’s exit. The appointed included providing drawings and a specification, undertaking a competitive tender, and oversight of the works once on site.
