A new chapter, Built on Purpose

By Jonathan Shaw, CEO

At Anderton Gables, we’re committed to building a brand that truly reflects who we are and how we work. We had reached a point in our growth journey where we wanted to take a step back, reflect and get the team’s perspective on who we are and where we’re heading.

As Marshall Goldsmith says in What Got You Here Won’t Get You There,” we knew that to reach the next level of success, we needed to evolve and adapt - both internally and externally. So, Project Evo was established and we set out to achieve exactly that.

The initiative isn’t just about refreshing our external visuals or updating our website; it’s about aligning AG’s core purpose, values and voice with the feedback we've gathered from our team.

Over the summer, we engaged in workshops and focus groups to better understand what makes us tick as a team, and how we can bring even more value to our clients. Led by our brand consultant, Zoe Nixon, we worked together to refine our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and our “gives and gets” - the mutual expectations we hold as a team. These conversations highlighted AG’s strengths and helped shape our vision of becoming the leading Building Consultancy outside of London.

The launch of our new website is a key milestone in this journey. Designed with usability in mind, it reflects our commitment to delivering commercially astute, sustainable advice while strengthening our position in the industry. We’ve made sure it speaks clearly to our clients, partners and prospective team members who share our vision.

But, Project Evo doesn’t stop here. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and this is just the beginning. We’re excited to move forward, building a brand and a company that’s truly Built on Purpose.
