AG Complete Pilot Scheme of Retrofit Heating Solutions at Yorkshire House

AG recently completed residential refurbishment works at Yorkshire House, in Castleford. We created twelve two- bedroom and two three-bedroom flats as works took place in an inhabited building.

Relations between the contractor and the tenants were monitored closely to ensure residents were not needlessly inconvenienced. This was also a pilot scheme for infra-red heating panels, which are A+ rated and one of the most efficient retrofit heating solutions on the market, reducing tenants’ energy bills and the operational carbon footprint of the building.
