AG Built Environment Consultancy has announced the relocation of its Manchester team to a larger premises within Canada House in the city centre.
Established over 15 years ago in Preston, AG opened in Manchester in 2015, and this strategic move to the fourth floor of the historic office building on Chepstow Street is designed to support the company’s growth trajectory and commitment to providing down to earth, commercially aware advice to building owners, occupiers and developers across the North West and beyond.
In line with this significant milestone, AG Built Environment Consultancy has also welcomed two new senior hires. James Batey joins as the Head of Building Surveying, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a track record of excellence in the field. Craig Greaves steps into the role of Head of Measured Surveys and Data Capture, offering innovative solutions and a forward-thinking approach to the consultancy’s service offerings.
Jonathan Shaw, CEO of AG Built Environment Consultancy said: “The Manchester office marks a new chapter in our growth mission, and it’s been fantastic to see the team enjoying the space already. James and Craig have joined at an exciting time for AG and their expertise and experience will be instrumental in our plans over the next few years. As we introduce a new company structure, we look forward to welcoming further key hires in the coming months.”

AG operates across the UK from its three sites, Manchester Preston and Liverpool and service lines include commercial building surveying, project & development consultancy and sustainability performance & advisory. Headcount at the firm has also increased, employing 50 people acting for a variety of clients, including Langtree and SIG plc.
