AG are providing pre-development advice and project management to Lancaster City Council, to redesign, reconfigure and restructure Mainway from the ground up moving to an Employers Agent role for the on site construction phase.
Existing properties will be refurbished to achieve high thermal performance and reduced energy running costs via an innovative external cladding system and modern (none gas) heating solution using net zero principles.
